Privacy:

HealthLine collects personally identifiable information when you register for a HealthLine membership, we also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, and cookie information (see use of cookies below) and the page you requested. Once you register with Healthline and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us or other HealthLine users. HealthLine does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about Healthline web site visitors unless required for law enforcement or otherwise required by law.
