Healthline users may apply for membership by completing a short questionnaire which will normally be reviewed within two business days. Please provide complete and accurate information. We ask that all members use their first initial and last names as their user ID. For those users entitled to internet e-mail privileges you may set an internet alias to be used for that purpose. All applications will be reviewed by our Sysop. Applicants will be granted very limited access to the system until their application is reviewed. Most new members will be granted access to our forums, file libraries, and member to member e-mail. Those applicants working for the State of Michigan, Local Health Departments, and State funded programs will normally be given access to internet e-mail.
